While pursuing a degree in IT, Soliman recognized a gap between classroom learning and real-world experience. Students often struggle to gain practical, paid experience, while small businesses struggle to afford professional digital services. NxtStep was created to bridge that gap.

With a background in technology, systems design, and project-based work, Soliman built NxtStep to operate like a structured agency — not just a freelance marketplace. Every project is scoped clearly, organized with defined deliverables, and reviewed before delivery to ensure professional quality.
